Unlike traditional software, you do not install the software in your data centre, but retrieve it online from the cloud. There are no additional costs for installation, maintenance and updates. You purchase the licences in the SaaS model (Software as a Service) and can add and remove licences at any time. This means that the number of licences per application is adapted to your individual needs. You remain financially flexible!

Security is always our top priority. weclapp has joined the Cloud Services in Germany initiative. That means for you: Your data is stored in several data centres - and exclusively in Germany. It therefore never leaves the country, nor is your data passed on to an external data centre. The contracts (including SLAs, if applicable) that you conclude with us are also governed by German law.

Most of our customers prefer weclapp's secure solution in the public cloud. However, we offer weclappOn to interested parties who would like to host weclapp in their own private cloud on site.

The cancellation period depends on the contract term specified when the contract was concluded. For licences billed monthly, the notice period is one month. For longer licence terms, cancellation is only possible at the end of the contractually agreed term. As a weclapp administrator, you can export data from weclapp at any time using numerous export options. In the event of cancellation, your data will be deleted.

Absolutely! Our products were originally a modular kit. You can combine our software packages (CRM, ERP service provider, ERP trade) with each other. For example, employees from Marketing & Sales can work with the CRM and colleagues from Accounting with the ERP. The add-ons (contract management, helpdesk, etc.) can be used individually, but also complement our software packages very well.

It's very simple! Go to "MY WECLAPP" in the software, click on "Manage licences" and book the number of licences you need for the required term. The debit option depends on the term of the licences. Licences booked on a monthly basis can be debited with a notice period of one month. Licences booked annually or biennially can only be debited at the end of the contract term.
